Business Development Executive

Job Description:
Establish new business opportunities through networking and sale visits
Prepare, plan and execute sales strategies to achieve individual monthly sales target
Identify the needs of clients and prospects through consultative selling
Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and proving prospects with quotations and proposals
Any other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in any field
At least 1 year of working experience in a sales/business development role required
Candidates with experience in Technology Sales or Food & Beverage Services Management have an added advantage
Support Service Agent
From SGD 2,000/month
Job Description:
5 days Work Week, Work Rotation from Monday through Sunday
Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and feedback
Researching required information using available resources
Handling and resolving customers inquiries and problems regarding product and software
Identifying, escalating priority issues, and reporting to the high-level management
Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources
Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in ticketing system
Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries
Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
Managing administration, communicating, and coordinating with internal departments.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills
Has the enthusiasm and drive to develop relationship and likes to help people - Displays an interest in IT and engaging with customers
Self-motivation and passion for learning new technologies
Likes a challenge and performs well in a fast-paced environment
Must have Knowledge and Experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
It’s a bonus if you are familiar with HTML, PHP, SQL commands and coding
